It is allowed to attack other players if that was agreed beforehand (inactive accounts are excluded from it).
Bear in mind that the universes under PTS are testing grounds and all the players have different tests planned that are affected with sudden attacks. There are plenty of universes on the live communities that are competitive, the test servers are for testing purposes.
A player that doesn't respect it will be warned and/or blocked.

Some players STILL don't care about that rules on Bermuda still ! 7Bn worth of ressources went to dust and the guy doesn't care. What am i supposed to do
I'm here to test my future builds, not to ghost H24 cuz some randoms don't care about the rules !
There any chance i'm getting back anythin i lost or i can go get a broom to collect the dust ?
