Last time I checked, Bermuda had a 0 attacks policy. A player attacked me and plundered all my resources. As far as I understood the rules, this player will be banned and I am eligible for a refund? I was saving a substantial amount of resources to be prepared for testing new changes to lifeforms. It will take 2 months until I have replaced all that.
Whats the correct process here? I opened a ticket, but so far I got no response.
