Lifeform Construction 10+ building, no ressources reimbursed when cancelled

    ## Bug Title


    When we try to start construction on 10+ buildings for the FDV (Foreign Development Fund), a message appears saying, "One or more associated bonuses are already exhausted. Do you still want to start construction?" If we click "Yes," construction begins, consuming all the resources needed to build the buildings until the resource supply is depleted (if we have enough resources for 6 buildings, only 6 out of 10 will be started).


    However, canceling the construction of building 1 cancels all other constructions but does not refund the resources invested in buildings 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, which are in the construction queue.

    1. Click on the Lifeforms tab


    2. Click on "Start +10 Buildings Under Construction"


    3. Confirm the alert message


    4. The maximum number of buildings, according to the available resources, is started.


    5. Canceling the first building will result in no refund of invested resources.


    ## Expected Result


    The invested resources should be refunded.


    ## Actual Result


    Refund of invested resources only for the first level of the building started.
