After updating and exiting vacation mode, all technologies and all buildings of the ROCTAL race disappeared.

I entered vacation mode on July 9th, before the release of patch version 13. Today, August 4th, I exited vacation mode, activated all mines, and decided to switch the Humans I was playing with to the Rocks I had previously leveled up. I deactivated the Humans on the main planet and activated the Rocks. At that moment, all my lifeform construction and all research on the main planet disappeared. Naturally, I didn't risk activating the Rocks on the other 18 planets because I strongly suspect a similar outcome. In fact, it turns out that the entire Rock swap, all construction, and all research disappeared along with the new patch, which meant hundreds of thousands of artifacts, trillions of resources, and the time spent on construction and accelerators purchased with dark matter. So, step by step -

1) July 9, 2026, I go into vacation mode

2) August 4, 2026, I come back from vacation

3) Update 13 happened during this time

4) I deactivate the human race on the main planet and activate the previously upgraded Rok race

5) All Rok lifeform buildings and research have disappeared

Well, I thought that the problem was related to update 13 and had no limits on the game servers, so I wrote here.And also, the .ru cluster operators still won't be able to solve this problem and will redirect it to Prongs.

So, it's a known bug and your gameteam should do an edit or some compensation, in my opinion.

Unfortunately, compensation is unlikely to help here. The only fair and objective option I see is manually adding the Rock race set to my account, along with the lost buildings and research, using the game administrator's options.This will be faster, fairer, and more accurate.
