Yes, but does it happen also on another moon where you don't have special characters?

Does it happens only on the moons with coordinates 9:325:8, 9:297:7 and 9:199:7, or does it happens also with other coordinates (as for example 8:410:8)?

That seems related to a export that was not done back then.
I've tried to transport between my planets and to another player and checked both English and Italian and I haven't such display issue.
