1. attack someone with an unreasonable high amount of Espionage Probe vs. a defense with little attack power

2. let the combat last all 6 rounds and ends in draw

## Expected Result ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

combats against probe should not end in a draw but be destroyed in first round (since quite some time on life universes)

combats against probes are calculated based on attack power and rapid fire

3. Select checkbox next to "Show mobile version :"

4. Click button "Use settings"

5. (you will be redirected to overview)

6. Go to Options

7. Select tab "Display"

8. checkbox is not selected

the checkbox should remain selected and the mobile version should be shown

## Steps to Reproduce

1. open galaxy

2. spy on another player via left click on planets or moons

3. receive spy report

4. open galaxy again

5. see missing (*) on spied player

## Expected Result

the player should have activity symbol after being spied on

## Actual Result

there is no change in activity in the galaxy view
