It looks more like an AGR does not have your exact research reduction time and therefore displays 50+ minutes . Is it exactly the same without AGR?

Second api get 5k metal and 5k crystal derbies from pure defence bash, so that's a weird one.
It looks like the Small Shield Dome is the 5k 5k DF.
In the second image, it is not rebuilt and I also get a 5k 5k DF there

Do both servers have the same DF setting?
Space Dock % always depends on the DF setting. At 50% DF, 50% is non-DF. Space Dock Level 4 is then 50 / 2, -> 25%.

The HF currently has no LF % for me and is normal

The issue also appears for defensive too. However, it looks even worse there—see also (weapon tech boost is not correct on defense and rockets)
