Game Rewards failure

I have another note to add to this thread.
I have noticed when my ships disappear on my moon that I can go into V-Mode and come back in and they will be present. I will say it is working like a reset.

Other notes I have seen from questions in this thread.

1. It is only on my moons. I have never had it happen on a planet.

2. My moons are all default name "Moon"

3. I have had it happen in G9, G8, G7 on the follow instances.

- Returning from debris field

- Returning from Expo

- Deployment from planet or moon
- Returning from Transport.
- Returning from Espionage

Just wanted to add to this report give additional instances.

This occurs regularly for me. G9 is the worst for it and always on a moon.

May 25th at 2000 server time from my Edge Browser my entire fleet returning from an Espionage mission to slot 16 disappeared.

This was on Singularity

I sent Small Cargos on a transport to drop off resources. The ships delivered the resources and were never seen again. The fleet delivered the resources at
