Colonization [In Progress]

  • Colonization allows you to expand your empire by colonizing new planets. You will first have to build a colony ship and then send it on a colonization mission.

Colonization is only possible if you have the sufficient level of astrophysics technology completed.

Each position has a different possible range of planet fields. When you colonize, the amount of fields will be randomly assigned depending on the position. If you receive a planet you deem too small for long-term use, it is possible to abandon the planet and recolonize. Here you can you find the range of possibilities in terms of fields, temperature and bonus - all depending on the position you colonize in.

    Note:

    • The number of fields may differ according to universe settings.
    • The Discoverer class increases the planet size by 10% (it's 10% of the size = diameter, and not 10% of the number of fields).
    • The Researchers class (alliance) increases the planet size by 5% (it's 5% of the size = diameter, and not 5% of the number of fields)
    • Deuterium production depends on the temperature of the planet. The colder the planet the more deuterium will be produced.
